Grand Trunk Return Policy?
GrandTrunk.com has a 30-day return policy. If not satisfied with the goods purchased through the Grand Trunk website, goods can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. An original receipt or packing slip is required to complete the return. Items must be unused and unwashed. Customized items are not eligible for returns. Hangout Hammock Stand returns are subject to a $40 restocking fee. Items purchased from a 3rd party retailer must be returned directly to them and are subject to their own return policies. Unfortunately, returns from shipping addresses outside of the United States are not accepted at this time. If a Grand Trunk item is no longer usable due to manufacturing defects or wear and tear, a visit to the Warranty Claims Page is suggested.
